Return & Refund Policy

At Savra, every piece of jewellery is crafted to be timeless and treasured. We carefully check each item before shipping to ensure the highest quality. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right.

Exchanges

We offer 14-day exchanges from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unworn and unused

  • It must be in its original condition and packaging

  • Proof of purchase must be included

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery

Please note that items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted for exchange.

To request an exchange, email us at shop.savra@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to exchange. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the exchange process promptly.

Refunds

We understand that sometimes a purchase may not be right for you. Refunds are offered on eligible returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging

  • Must be accompanied by proof of purchase

  • Items that are custom-made, personalized, or engraved are non-refundable

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once your return is received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including:

  • Personalized or engraved jewellery

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items (unless faulty)

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at shop.savra@gmail.com with photos of the item and your order number. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on availability and your preference.

How to Return an Item
  1. Email us at shop.savra@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange

  2. Safely package your item in its original packaging

  3. Ship the item back to Savra (return shipping costs may apply, except for faulty items)

  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange or refund

Additional Notes
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns to ensure safe delivery

  • Refunds or exchanges cannot be processed for items lost in transit

  • Our goal is to make the process simple, fair, and stress-free, so you can shop with confidence
